We’ve gone from hopeful to unstoppable.
Let’s keep going!
When I first ran for mayor, I asked you to believe - in our city, in our shared potential and in what we could accomplish together.

And look what we’ve done.
We brought record-breaking economic development to Cedar Rapids. We launched a regional strategy to grow our population and attract new talent. We doubled the pace of infrastructure repairs, made real progress on permanent flood protection and secured a once-in-a-generation win with Cedar Crossing—a $275 million investment in jobs, entertainment, and opportunity.
But here’s the thing:
This campaign isn’t just about the last four years. It’s about
what we can still do—together. If you’ve felt the energy
building in Cedar Rapids, if you’ve seen the cranes,
the cleaner streets, the safer neighborhoods,
the confidence in our people…you know we’re
in a new chapter. A chapter that doesn’t settle
for good enough. A chapter that keeps pushing.

That’s why I’m running for re-election.
And I’m asking you to stand with me again.

This is a people-powered campaign. Always has been.
I’m not backed by special interests. I’m backed by
neighbors, small business owners, parents, retirees,
young professionals, people who believe Cedar Rapids
is worth fighting for. If that sounds like you, I hope
you’ll chip in today. $10, $25, $50, whatever you can
give sends a clear message:
We’re not done building. We’re not done believing. And we’re just getting started!
Let’s keep betting on Cedar Rapids—together.
With gratitude,
